Tractor Supply Company Distribution Center, in between Lincoln and Waverly, included the new construction of 12,000-square-feet for office space, approximately 20,000-square-feet for an isolated hazardous materials room, and another 390,000-sqaure-feet for a warehouse distribution area. The warehouse is equipped with 48 individual docks and precast wall panels were used to enclose the distribution facility. Concrete Industries supplied over 160 sections of load-bearing insulated 10″ wall panels, nearly 600 feet of concrete pipe at various diameters for the project.

General contractor on the project was Sampson Construction Company.
